What are your postage and packaging costs?

Are all your products genuine?
Yes!! Smellin Good do not sell any testers, counterfeits, or fake products. All our products are 100% genuine guaranteed and we source all our products from reputable and professional wholesalers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Smellin Good will always try to dispatch products within 24 hours of payment. 99% of all orders are sent within 24 hours and all items are sent first class via Royal Mail. Although we have a very quick dispatch procedure which means customers normally receive there products within 48 hours of purchase but we do allow a maximum of 3-5 working days to receive your order, this allows for any un-foreseen problems that may occur (postal strike, adverse weather conditions etc) but if you do not receive your item within 7 working days please dont hesitate to contact us at sales@smellingood.co.uk and we will amend your order.
Please take into account weekends and Bank Holidays when placing orders.
If you have items out of stock, how long before they are in stock?
Smellin Good have very good wholesalers who can obtain any product within a very short space of time! Normally, we would allow 1 week before we have re-stocked but this is generally much quicker (2-3 working days).
How long do you take to reply to emails?
Smellin Good is not a 9-5 business and our hours are very early till very late!!
We aim to answer all emails the same day and guarantee you will have a reply within 24 hours, regardless which day of the week it is.
Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils and aroma compounds, fixatives, and solvents used to give the human body a pleasant smell
Eau de Parfum (Edp) is intended to give a more enduring scent and is a perfume solution with a 10-15% compound. This scent will last longer on the skin but costs a little more than Edt.
Eau de Toilette (Edt) is the most popular and affordable concentration. Edt is nearly always presented in a spray and is a perfume solution with a 3-8% compound in an oil and water base.
Why do you not have a telephone number?
To ensure we can give our customers the best possible prices for our products we keep our costs low by only using what we need. As all orders are placed over the internet and emails are answered within 24 hours we dont need to have a phone line. We never say never so it may be something that we look to in the future but we are primeraly an internet based shopping site.
Whats the difference between aftershave, aftershave balm and Edt?
Aftershave is a little weaker than Edt and can come in sprays but generally splash on bottles so that it can be used on the face.
Aftershave balm is a fragranced lotion or cream of similar concentration to aftershave that can be applied to the face after shaving (hence the name!)
Edt Spray is generally the strongest concentration available and can be used on the body or clothing.
